Abel Torres , MD, JD
Dr. Abel Torres is Chief of the Division of Dermatology and has been at Loma Linda University Medical Center since 1986. He graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Loma Linda University Medical Center and a residency in Dermatology at the New York University Medical Center in New York City. He then completed a MOHS-Dermatologic surgery Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Torres attended the Loyola Marymount University Law School in Los Angeles, California graduating and passing the bar in 1991. Dr. Torres is experienced in all aspects of Dermatology and specializes specifically in Cutaneous oncology, Dermatologic surgery, Cosmetic surgery and MOHS skin cancer surgery.
