Ida Orengo, MD
Dr. Ida Orengo was born in Detroit, Michigan and studied medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, MD. She finished her internship in internal medicine at St. Luke's Hospital in 1988. She went on to complete her residency in 1991, and her fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Dermatologic and Mohs Micrographic Surgery in 1992. She's currently Associate Professor of Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine. She stays incredibly involved in both academic and non-academic positions, and is part of several professional societies and numerous publications. She's given over 50 lectures worldwide and is particularly interested in research on skin cancer, photobiology, and dietary modification.
