Dr. Tina Alster is the founding director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery and is Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at Georgetown University. She's also a lecturer and instructor at Harvard University. Her academic work pertaining to the use of lasers in dermatology has been presented at multiple professional meetings and published in peer-reviewed medical journals. Her most referenced articles pertain to the laser treatment of scars and birthmarks.

Dr. Jeffrey Dover directs SkinCare Physicians of Chestnut Hill and is Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology, Section of Dermatologic Surgery and Oncology, Yale University School of Medicine, and Adjunct Professor of Medicine (Dermatology) at Dartmouth Medical School. His research interests are photomedicine, lasers in medicine, cosmetic laser surgery, and medical education.

Dr. Roy G. Geronemus is Director of the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York, Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the New York University Medical Center, and Director of the skin/laser division in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He has been involved with the development of several new laser systems and therapeutic techniques, which are now commonly used throughout the world.

Dr. Robert Weiss practices at the Maryland Laser, Skin, and Vein Center, and is Assistant Professor of dermatology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Weiss’ present research consists of evaluation of various sclerosing solutions for the treatment of varicose and telangiectatic leg veins, new devices for better evaluation of leg vein function, and the development of new laser and pulsed light sources for the treatment of vascular lesions, hair removal and ablative and non-ablative resurfacing.
