Dr. Federman discusses cutaneous findings as possibly the earliest signs of internal malignancy and how familiarity with these findings may lead to earlier diagnosis.

MD, FACP
Dr. Federman attained his medical degree from New York University School
of Medicine and completed an internship, residency, and chief residency
at the University of Miami. He is presently Associate Professor of Medicine
at Yale University School of Medicine, and Firm Chief, Primary Care,
West Haven VA Medical Center. Dr. Federman serves on several editorial
boards, has authored over 80 publications and book chapters and has
won numerous teaching awards at Yale. His clinical and research interests
relate to the interface between internal medicine and dermatology.
